Shipping Policy:

Please allow 10-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 3-5 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends and or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished.

* (United States) 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail

* (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail

* This time does not include the processing period

* EXPECT DELAYS DURING SALE PERIODS & HOLIDAYS!

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Siddity Life Hair, Siddity Life, or Siddity Life RX, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will NOT ship to PO Boxes 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Siddity Life Hair does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email reply. Our hours of operation are Wednesday-Saturday11am- 6pm.

Refund Policy:

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified.  If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.

All ready to ship wigs will be shipped the within two business day.
